What is the nature of the relationship between the Crew Member and Savvy Girlz Boutique?
Savvy Members are Independent Reps of the Savvy Girlz Boutique Company. It is your own business. We support you by supplying you with
Business materials, products and everything you need for your business.
What is the difference between the Personal Business and Leadership Business, and how does the compensation work for each of these two types of relationships?
As a Savvy Member, your personal business is the conducting of workshops/parties, selling the products and keeping the profits. The Leadership business is helping others into the company and building your down line, thus earning monthly commission checks on everything your team purchases. You can do both the personal and leadership business.
INVENTORY
To conduct my own business, does the Savvy member need to purchase the products before hand, and if so, must we keep an amount of inventory?
As a Savvy member, you will order your products from the company prior to your workshop/party at discount prices, and resell at retail, keeping the profits. Workshop products are pre-determined; therefore before conducting a workshop, you will know what products you will need, so you will only order the products you need. This is usually done by the customer having the workshop/party. Members are not required to carry an inventory. As for the products that you are selling other than workshops you can buy accordingly. It is up to you.
INCOME POTENTIAL
On average, how much does a member make when conducting a workshop/party?
Savvy members earn a 25% profit, based on what type of Savvy member they are.
What are the Purchasing Discounts?
As a Savvy Member, you are able to purchase products from the company at 30% OFF the retail prices on your first purchase, and 25% there after. This pricing structure gives you a personal sales earning potential of 25% profit of your personal sales.
What are the minimum monthly purchase requirements?
There are no monthly minimum purchases required. Although we do not send out commission checks until you have reached $25.00 in sales.
We send out commission checks on the 1st and 15th of every month.
You must reach your $25.00 in sales in order for us to send you your commissions. If not it will be carried on to the next month.
WORKSHOPS/ PARTY
How long do the workshops take?
In having a workshop/ party, the average time takes about 45 min - 1 hour per 20 kids, however this will change based on the number of children present and the age of the participants. Large groups will take longer, as will little children.
Are most members able to do a party by themselves, or does it require others assistance?
Yes, some members can do a workshop for 50 kids alone, while others like to take their son or daughter to assist.
What is a Create A Friend Workshop/ Party?
Create a Friend WORKSHOP/PARTY- Kids bring a plush animal to life by hand stuffing it, wishing on a star, naming and dressing it if desired. The children will also get to personalize their take home tote to bring their new friend home in.
How are the animals stuffed during the workshop?
The animals are hand-stuffed during the workshop. As a Savvy member, you would order the animals from the company 'unstuffed' and bring them to the workshop as such. The children hand-stuff their animal, then make a wish on a star and tuck it inside the animal before it is zipped closed (a one-way hidden zipper).
What is a Creation by Me Workshop/Party
Creationz by Me WORKSHOP/PARTY is where you get to create your own product. First you pick your product base then your color, and last your scent. These are so much fun!
What is a Mugwaz Workshop/Party?
A Mugwaz WORKSHOP/PARTY is fun flip flops you design yourself.
You get to bring out the creativity in yourself. There will be no two alike.
